Ola Shanna, no chocolate involved...I gave that up like you did wine. My refuel is my back yard, the blooms, the fruits, the bee's humming in the almond tree, the painted buntings at the bird feeder and the piece and quite that I find to be my best companion. Kiss Milo!
Getting out for a mountain bike ride has been my top up for a while now. The problem with mountain bike rides is riding hard trails which I have to do to get out of my own head. Hard trails can lead to ER visits. Solid no go. My most recent discovery is a beautiful spot looking at the ocean through my kitchen window. I stood there for an hour watching the sun go down. I felt so recentered and peaceful that I had to celebrate with chocolate:)
When we met in December and went to the supermarket, I distinctly recall you purchased chocolate provisions. I refuel by being out in nature and also spending time with bright people discussing current events. (These do not have to be mutually exclusive). Teri x
No FOMO here. And, well, last night I made brownies, so yes, chocolate helps. So does friend time, time outdoors, my garden, cooking, art projects, and sleep! I've had a much more vivid dream life during Covid times!
Love how you share your life with friends! A short nap has always done it for me. And a good cup of coffee to finish the day. Till next time, be safe, be happy, be fulfilled.

I refuel by checking in with my Twin or, even better, a phone call :)

Love this. I call it FOMMC—fear of missing my couch— when I am contemplating going out 💭 🛋
