Hi Shanna, Loved reading this post about your trip to France and I concur about your observation of brick buildings. I prefer the limestone architecture which brings me smiles and good feelings from its beautiful golden warmth.
Funny thing, I literally just sent a proposal to a potential client who is offering relocations services, to the North of France. And, ironically, I am currently in Setúbal. I’ve been here over 2 months now. I saw you when I first arrived, walking along Luísa Todi.
Hi Shanna how are you and Catherine? Hope you're both well. A nice little break on the train then? Hope you had a really good time! Will be seeing Andrew tomorrow at the nec, it's that time of year again! I find it harder and harder each time the show is on now, too much walking! I'll say hi to him from you! Take care, speak soon x
Always a treat to see a new post from you, and also to read of your "non-tourist-y" tourings...just how I like them, as well!
(And I far prefer stone buildings to brick!) :-D
Here's to the Stone v Brick crew! :)
Loved the recap of your quick trip to France! Thank you for sharing this journey and as always your insights.
Thank you :)

Hi Trina!
Thanks for reading this post— And brick buildings, right? :-)
Cat and I talk about how much we love the golden hues of the stone buildings.
Also, I’m not surprised you and I share the same aesthetic :)
😊
Great read.

Sounds like the experience was worthwhile!
Shanna, Thank you for sharing!
Hi Jen!
You’re here in Setúbal?! And you saw me and didn’t say hi? If you feel like meeting up for a coffee, let me know.
Thanks for reading – I’m glad you enjoyed this post :-)
