Life is temporary! Everything is and I think one of the ways that I see helping us to get through this is taking this situation and looking at it in small chunks. Day by day, week by week.

I see people posting that it could be 6 more months of these lockdowns and that puts a lot of shut-ins into panic mode. The truth is we don’t know and on one hand I think it’s important to be hopeful (I’m a glass is half full girl myself) but we do have to be realistic and not get too freaked out when our dreams of freedom are crushed because we have to stay in a little longer.

We can get through this from one week to the next. One day, some day, we will be free and won’t it be wonderful!

I do envy you and Milo. I’d rather be there... it is just going to take a wee bit longer than I had planned for.

Terrific post Shanna!

Great report! From various sources, Portugal is doing much better than her neighbor country of Spain in dealing with this pandemic. I was in Portugal last October and fell in love with the country, the people and the wonderful lifestyle. I hope to return when this dark cloud is gone. Be safe my friend.

Coronacoaster, well put. I’ve been appreciating the downtime to explore a creative side of me that hasn’t seen light in years. Pretty remarkable to witness the entire world, slowdown. This great quarantine of 2020 will always be remembered and excited to see what others create during this time. Be well, my friend.
