Thank you for sharing, Shanna. I'm using my scheduled activities/routine to keep me (mostly) on track and sane. It's definitely more challenging with the crazy summer heat.

It's good to hear your work is picking up and you're doing well overall. I'm still working at a reduced rate but grateful to have a job. Wishing you all the best!

Hi, Shanna, love your reflections. Some really familiar themes for me. I haven't thought of time/activities as containers--interesting approach! I am lost without my online calendar, though! I am waking up earlier than I ever did to GO to work(!) although I don't always settle down with my laptop till 9:00 or 10:00am. I need a lot of sleep, and I find myself prone to post-prandial dip, so I nod off at my computer in the late afternoon. I finally gave in and just catnap when I need to. Thank you for this glimpse into your life. It's very affirming!

We have been reassessing our sleep, work times and future plans in much the same way. We went for a walk at 1am the other night with no one around it was cool and totally relaxing. We are becoming night owls.

We have heard that the city of Setubal has a lot of artworks that we must see.

We will catch the train to visit you and Setubal. Do you think we should wait until September when it cools down a bit?

Regards Leanne

A timely article Shanna! Just this morning I woke up thinking, I've got to get organized. Inertia has been the name of my game for the past week or so! With this heat I have had to get up earlier to walk the dog even though I am a night owl. I have found naps to be essential!

Aguente firme! ;) Lisa
