Hi Shanna, I love your terrace! The tiles are wonderful! I hope you are well and settling into your new home, I know what you mean! We must have moved 6 times in 9 years in Spain! First apartment was lovely, inland from the coast but public transport wasn't very frequent and as I don't drive, was a hindrance! Next one was lovely too, had a balcony overlooking a beautiful pool but then we had noisy neighbours upstairs so..... And so it goes, each time a different reason from the last. Anyway, don't wish to bore you! Can't wait to hear about your travels! I myself am off to the Outer Hebrides next month! Not to see Andrew I hasten to add! He won't be there anyway! Probably planned it that way or he's just probably relieved he's away!! Don't blame him really, I'm a pain in the ***!! He's probably already told you this?!! Anyway Shanna, I hope you get settled very quickly so you can get out travelling like you planned and let us all know where and what you get up to! Take care xx
That breakfast for one looks SO cozy...looks like you are settling in quite well!
Regarding the hypocritical (and downright anti-LGBTQ) companies you mention, their ongoing hypocrisy has made me more conscious of how I show support for the entire community. As much as I want to shout my support from the rooftops, I don't want to do it alongside these two-faced, bottom-line-feeding bastards. I'd much prefer it to be obvious 365 days a year--in my voting, my friendships, my *life*--and, somehow, proclaiming it on June 1st alongside all the corporate pretenders seems emptier every year. And yet...I still want to show reverence to a month that is still necessary for remembrance, recognition, and work to be done.
As for Ai Weiwei, I've been fortunate enough to see a couple of his exhibitions in person--at once intricate and monstrous. Truly mesmerizing. Perhaps he's open to a coffee meet-up. NBD. :)

We are sitting here waiting for our delayed flight back to miami after 3 weeks at n Portugal , we spent 2 weeks with in the Algarve but we spent 4 nights in an apartment overlooking Bonfim Park . We wanted to see Setúbal after your Videos with Andrew and also some videos by other youtubers, we loved Setúbal it has everything , I can see why you like it so much. When we arrived in Lisbon to get ready for our flights we were overwhelmed with the hectic atmosphere and had saudades for Setúbal.
Thinking of you today. And the birds and the wind in the trees. Nice feelings.
